Abby Marks-Beale
  Abby Marks-Beale is the founder and president of The Reading Edge.  She is only one of a small handful of people in this country who specialize in helping busy professionals manage their reading and email workload. Since 1988, she has provided training and speaking to over 80 client organizations including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, associations, schools and individuals. Michael R. Beauregard
  Michael R. Beauregard, PE, CQE is the Director of Technology for Resource Engineering, Inc., a consulting and training firm headquartered in Tolland, CT. Mike is an international consultant and lecturer on the application of statistical methods and lean manufacturing techniques to manufacturing operations. Mike has co-authored fourteen published books and training systems on manufacturing improvement tools including A Practical Guide to Statistical Quality Improvement published by Van Nostrand Reinhold and the highly successful SPC in Action series published by Quality Resources. His latest works are Experimenting for Breakthrough Improvement, a how-to book on design of experiments techniques, and Mistake-Proof It!, an interactive, computer-based training system on poka yoke error-elimination techniques. Mike graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in chemical engineering and has held engineering, manufacturing, and plant management positions in the discrete parts manufacturing, plastics, and chemical process industries.

Alison Cotner
  Alison Cotner is a Senior Consulatant with the Capra Group and an expert in the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma Programs. Most recently, Alison has been a trainer/mentor for Lean Blackbelt Programs in several corporations addressing areas from Lean and Quality assessments to work analysis, line balancing, constraint identification and removal, SMED, Visual Factory, Kanban/Pull, and process redesign and implementation. Her professio6nal career includes tenure with General Electric, Branson Ultrasonics, Pitney Bowes, and Ensign-Bickford. She is an ISO 9000 Certified Quality Auditor. Alison holds a BS in Electrical (Computer) Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MS in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University.

Joe Colletti and Louise Colleti
  Joe Colletti and Louise Colletti are the principals of The Woodledge Group, a consulting and training group that provides specialized training in basic and advanced team leadership. For the last ten years, The Woodledge Group has provided a wide variety of clients in manufacturing, healthcare, and government with the tools and techniques needed to power up their teaming efforts. Louise Colletti has more than twenty years of experience in counseling and teaching others how to deal effectively with human dynamics issues. She has a Master’s degree in clinical psychology and her clients have included Lederle, DCA, VHA Hospitals, and the Triage Project. Joe Colletti is nationally recognized for his expertise in strategic management and teambuilding. He also has a reputation as an excellent instructor and process facilitator. His clients include Ford, AT&T, Xerox, Columbia Hospitals, US Air Force, and the Houston, Los Angeles and Orange County School Systems.

Tommy Davis
  Tommy Davis has been a consultant, educator and facilitator in Total Quality for more than twenty years. He is currently on the adjunct faculty at the University of New Haven and the Training Advisor to CQC. Tommy is also the Principal of Davis Learning Resources, a private consulting practice with an unusually diversified client base (manufacturing, insurance, health-care, banking, government). Prior to establishing his private practice, Tommy was Pratt & Whitney's Manager of TQM Implementation with responsibility for the development, integrity and delivery of employee quality training at all plants in the US. He began his professional career as an engineer with experience at General Motors, Boeing Vertol, and Pratt & Whitney. He earned a BS in Engineering from Drexel University and an MS in Engineering Management from RPI.

H. David Hall
  H. David Hall is a Senior Associate Consultant with QMSolutions, Inc. and has provided training, consulting, and auditing services to a variety of Industries including Automotive, Electronics, Aerospace, Medical Devices, Telecommunications, and General Manufacturing. He is certified by the American Society for Quality as a Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, Reliability Engineer, and Quality Manager. His experience covers ISO 9000, QS-9000, AS9100, ISO 17025, Supplier Quality Assurance Standards, Statistical Methods, Process Control, Manufacturing Capability, and Quality System Documentation. David worked as a Quality Engineer for Raytheon Corporation and as a Quality Manager for Ensign-Bickford and Uniphase Telecommunications. He earned a BS in Theoretical Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy.

Clifford Hurst
  Clifford Hurst, President of Career Impact, Inc., brings over twenty years of sales and management experience to each consulting and training assignment. Cliff graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia and served as an officer of the United States Marines. He founded Career Impact in 1988 and opened its corporate learning center in 1994. As a facilitator, consultant and trainer, Cliff provides continual improvement in the areas of strategic planning, service quality, effective management, communication skills, and advanced selling techniques.

Harry Kenworthy
 

Harry W. Kenworthy is Vice President, Manufacturing for Rogers Corporation, a Connecticut based, NYSE listed, global manufacturer. He is also Rogers Executive Six Sigma Champion: leading the Six Sigma effort throughout Rogers ; developing the Rogers Six Sigma (R6S) training program, which incorporates the best of traditional Six Sigma (DMAIC), Lean Techniques, and a series of Specialized Problem Solving Techniques. He has provided R6S training in the US , Europe and Asia . He had the honor of working with Dr. W. Edwards Deming in 1983-85 on a series of seminars throughout the US . He has spoken at over 50 conferences on Quality and Productivity and has been published in Quality Progress and Purchasing magazines. Harry was a founder of CQC and chaired CBIA's Manufacturing Council. He was also a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner from 1989-1991. He earned a BS in Materials Engineering from RPI and an MBA in Finance from Syracuse University.

John Maleyeff
  John Maleyeff is an Associate Professor in the Lally School of Management & Technology, Rensselaer at Hartford. He is a management consultant specializing in statistical and analytical modeling for manufacturing, administrative and healthcare applications. His primary focus has been on delivering custom-designed on-site education and training in SPC, reliability engineering, and design of experiments. His clients have included medical device manufacturers, in-patient healthcare facilities, and energy systems manufacturers. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. His professional background includes professional positions at RCA Corporation and LEGO Engineering A/S.

Michael E. Mercier
  Michael Mercier is Principal of Outsource Auditing and an Associate Consultant with QMSolutions, Inc. Mike has over twenty years of experience in quality system implementation, quality assurance, quality system management, and project management. He has helped clients in a wide variety of trade industries such as aerospace, automotive, chemical processing, electronic, explosives, nuclear, metal products and machinery, pulp and paper, rubber and plastic, and software. As an accomplished auditor, Mike has conducted a wide range of audits including GAP Assessments; Registration Readiness Reviews; quality systems audits; and first, second and third party compliance audits. He has been performing quality systems audits since the 1970’s and is currently a certified ANSI/RAB Lead Auditor (Certificate Number Q01884).

Craig R. Mesler
 

Craig Mesler is President of QMSolutions, Inc. Craig has over twenty years of experience in manufacturing and quality assurance business systems for high-tech, precision manufactured components in aerospace, automotive, aviation, nuclear and energy industry applications. Prior to establishing QMSolutions, Craig was Director of Quality Services for UNC Quality Management Services, a division of UNC that was registered to ISO 9001. He also worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory, on the development of advanced nuclear fuels for space reactor applications. Craig serves on the Operations Council of the Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB).

John Terninko
  John Terninko is a Principal with Responsible Management, Inc. As an internationally recognized consultant in the areas of QFD, TRIZ and Taguchi, John has been working in North America, Central America and Europe for sixteen years. He is an experienced presenter and has a wide variety of clients that range from 3M and Whirlpool to New England Memorial Hospital. He is the author of Step-by-Step TRIZ: Creating Innovative Solution Concepts; Robust Designs: Key Points for World Class Quality; and Step-by-Step QFD: Customer Driven Product Design. John’s professional career includes being an electrical engineer for AT&T Bell Laboratories, the Quality Innovator for Textron Automotive, a Professor at the University of New Hampshire, and the operator of a one-horse farm.
