Software projects need thorough testing in order to reduce risk and ensure a quality implementation. However, timelines are often short, and resources are at a premium. By using a risk-based approach to testing, IT software project managers can minimize project quality issues to ensure that the project has been thoroughly tested while meeting timeline and budget requirements.

The objective of this course is to teach risk based testing strategy, by use of facilitation techniques, templates and tools, prioritization management, change management and relationship management skills.

This class is appropriate for IT project managers, programmers, business analysts, quality assurance analysts, testers and their managers.
