WORKSHOP SYNOPSIS:

All projects begin with an idea or concept, and end with a deliverable. However, without quality requirements gathering, project costs can easily increase tenfold, as errors and defects from poor requirements gathering carry through from phase to phase and fixes becoming more costly as the project progresses. The objective of this course is to understand the basic fundamentals of quality requirements, the difference between quality assurance versus quality control, and techniques for requirements gathering and validation to minimize risk and cost throughout the project life cycle.

This class is appropriate for new project managers, and business analysts and their managers.
