| WORKSHOP FOCUS:
This workshop is specifically designed for those individuals who have had basic facilitator training in tools and techniques and have had some experience facilitating teams or groups within organizations. The agenda for the session includes instruction and practice with problem solving, decision-making and planning tools and processes. The session will also include a section customized from the input received from the participants prior to the workshop on their "major issues and problems". The intent is to identify the options available in the resolution of those issues and to give participants the opportunity to role-play the skills necessary to address those issues. Attendance is restricted to individuals who have had facilitation experience.
