WORKSHOP SYNOPSIS: This two-day workshop provides you with the understanding to develop a Six Sigma philosophy with a focus on eliminating defects through fundamental process knowledge. It integrates principles of business, statistics, and engineering to achieve tangible results. Six Sigma is a philosophy, a way of life, a science – all of these and more.
